A transparent, public marketplace for GPU compute. Customers rent containers by the hour or month. Hosts list their own machines and earn. SPUR runs the platform, handles billing and customer support, and takes a 5% cut on each booking. SPUR-owned compute has no take rate at all.
We started SPUR Compute because we needed reliable, transparent, Canadian GPU compute for our own portfolio companies and could not find it. Every existing marketplace either gatekeeps prices behind sales calls, runs unverifiable certification programs, or operates entirely on US-soil compute. We solved that for ourselves first and are now opening it up.
